  I live in the neighborhood and whenever we have problems like with pipes, keys, plumbing, you name it, these guys are always available, super helpful and have always gone the extra mile. We are really lucky to have such a great store with wonderful people just around the corner.

  No store sign about no exchanges. Only signs for no refunds. Bad business for the community. Save money and spend at a reasonable store. Customer service is non existent to certain people as well.

  Good local store Staff is friendly and it's nice to have an old school hardware store in the neighborhood.

  I only gave them one star because I had to. I have been going to this place for 9 years. Not anymore. I went in to have a key set made. I handed them the key and 2 cards to make a new key. I told them I didn't know which card it was and to please help me figure it out. They made the wrong key. And then lied about the fact that I had asked them to help me figure out which key I needed. And on top of it, they held my other keys hostage while they wrung up the key they made a mistake on. Instead of being courteous to a long time customer, they lost one over $7.

  This place has everything! Very friendly staff helpful. In a case that they don't have they order it same week.
