  New updates in this United Lounge make it a "go to" sanctuary amidst the hustle of Pdx airport. Great staff, good nibbles.

  I work here and thoroughly enjoy the staff, guests and agents. We always do our best to make sure each traveler is happy and comfy.

  Very friendly, good service and spacious. This makes up for the fact that the club feels dated. United is my go to airline, but the Red Carpet Clubs dim in comparison to a lot of other Star Alliance lounges I've been to.

  Unusually neat and tidy. Very friendly staff. Superb view across the Columbia River. Top marks, hands down.
