  We are New jersey manufactures, and we rely a lot on getting my raw metrical on time in order to proceed with production. Since we started using Unisource brokers 5 years ago, our production increased 15% due to getting stuff faster, our shipping cost went down with 45%!!! a year. Getting accurate tracking information is another key reason for my 5 star rating, Never ever to they miss a phone call, within 2 minutes i get which stop i am , a minute later there is a email confirmation. to summarize it in 1 sentence, - THEY ARE THE BEST!!!

  I've been using Unisource Shipping for about 16 years now. They're prices and service are a cut above the rest. They're customer service are very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. A great asset to any business.

  5 star Quick and great service! on top of all the shipments from the beginning till the end!! excellent communication and helpfulness from the entire staff there!! Would definitely recommend

  Unisource shipping as a whole is nothing short of fantastic. I have had many problems in the past dealing with carriers direct and since I’ve started using Unisource exclusively, I’ve had nothing but peace of mind. Their customer service and communication is unparalleled. The fully functional website is also a breeze to use and makes everything easier. There is also a sense of personal relationship/partnership that Unisource exemplifies and I, for one, find that invaluable. In my experience, I have never come across another freight company that makes my company and I feel so valued and not just like another run of the mill customer. From an effort standpoint, they go above and beyond what you would expect from a company to work for you, or to find a way to make it work for you. I can’t say enough about the manner in which Unisource conducts themselves and their operation. I would not think twice about recommending them to ANYONE who was in need of freight services. Keep up the solid work.

  Have tried multiple times to use this shipping company at the request of the customer I'm shipping to - terrible! The first time the driver couldn't find the place, never showed up. Finally called me, I tried giving verbal instructions, he still wasn't getting it. I asked if he had a GPS - he said NO!!!! What kind of shipping company doesn't give their drivers a GPS?!?! Now on the second shipment, they are over an hour past their two hour pickup window. Worst company to use. Don't use these guys if you have any other options!
