  Sophia was awesome! My nails turned out WONDERFULLY! I needed to soak off awful acrylics and a manicure to clean up what nails would be left. The only reason this review lost a star was the gentleman answering the phone to make appointments was less than friendly and the first nail technician set me in acetone and then took another client. If Sophia wasn’t so wonderful it would have lost a couple more stars...

  Sigh of relief!!! I’ve finally found my nail salon home! I don’t mind the wait others mentioned although I have yet to experience it because I have the luxury of being able to go early on a weekday. I can be particular in what I like and they understand and explain things. Excellent communication. Top quality experience. My nails last longer here than anywhere else. I’m a nurse and constantly washing my hands. Over 3 weeks in. Perfection. No chip. I’ll never go anywhere else.

  Stopped in for pedicures whole we were in town. They did a pretty great job, nothing bad to say. I prefer to try somewhere at least twice before leaving 5 stars, but considering I live in another state and this was a great experience I made an exception.

  I would be tempted to do a 3.5 if it was an option - BUT my nail technician did a very good job and she worked as speedily as she could as I let her know I was trying to make it back on my lunch hour. This was my first time at the location and I called and made a lunch appointment at 11:00 am. I don't appreciate if these businesses offer 'appointments' if they are not going to stick to the time. I arrived promptly at 11 am and I wasn't seen until 11:20. While I understand that 20 minutes isn't too terribly long when it comes to nail salons - I was trying to squeeze this into my 1 hour lunch break - and if I had started at 11 she would have finished in time for me to get back to work mmmmaayybbe 5 minutes late - but the additional 20 minutes over my appointment caused me to be 30 minutes late. The quality seems very nice though.
