  Hello everyone .. I'd like EVERYONE to know that Unique Flowers store is using photos of MY work to advertise themselves .. the advertising is used in news papers as well as in online advertisements ... from the six photos in their add three are the photos of my works taken from Facebook site of my store Scarlet Flowers (you can check it out yourself) ... I've been in business for over 20 years, and happily share my work on Facebook page for everybody to see. Apparently MY WORK ,MY ARRANGEMENTS, MY VIEW OF PRESENTATION is used by someone lucking creativity to plagiarize and claim it as his/hers owned creations. I tried to reach the owners directly but was told that they weren't available to answer my call ... I asked myself "Why?" I do not know and I would like to know what is driving them to lie to THEIR customers by presenting my work ...I'd like the owners to respond back or will be left with no choice but proceed with legal actions against this corporation... ...

  I ordered two funeral pieces, a heart shape and a spray. THEY DID SA TERRIBLE JOB.... The heart had to be 24 inch by 24 inch, when it arrived, I mesaured it because something look wrong and it was only 18 inch by 18 inch and the rest was filled with green stuff all around it. The spray I picked from the IPad had more flowers, when I recieved it was empty all over. On top of all that they had to come between 12;00 - 1:00 PM, friends and family started arrriving at the reviewing and my arrangements was not there. Not only was my mother going through a rough time with the passing of her mother, the flower shop made it even worse with how they made the flowers for her deceased mother. I called today to make a complaint, you know what they told me, why did I wait so long to call it in. Let see Tuesday & Wedensday was the reviewing, Thursday was a holiday and friday was her burial and my grandmother family went back home to Italy today. Yet unique flowers was very ungrateful and unhelpful. Instead of ofering a solution they blamed me for not coming forward sooner!!!!!

  Prices are great, selection is varied and fresh and the arrangements are very well done. I always go here for flowers.

  At the time of my particular visit selection was ok. I ve got what i needed and was out of the in minutes. Girls hrlped me arrange flowers and i was good to go.
