  After a few emails Unique Fengshui resolved my issues amicably with the returned products. I received a credit back to purchase other items and the company team was very helpful and friendly. Looking forward to give another try and purchase again from this company.

  5 ***** stars for replying to me on the next business day and communicating with me to resolve the wrong products sent. They replied the next business day when I sent my concern through facebook, offline web chat and email. Just be aware that despite of all the "online" ways to communicate with them, they will only respond on business days. This should have been "explicitly" stated on the website regarding online communications. When a shop is online 24/7, it is an expectation from customers that this shop is available or 24/7 to respond or resolve a concern. With this just be aware that if you send a concern on a weekend, expect a reply on a Monday. 2 ** stars for sending the wrong product and not updating the website if the one posted is not available anymore, so customers will not be dissappointed. Receiving the wrong product is so burdensome. Though the product will serve the same purpose (say increase luck), people just don't buy a product for its purpose, the aesthetic value and design matters too. Bottom line is customers should exactly receive what they paid for.

  I've been doing my Feng Shui shopping from UFS for a while now, and have always received my orders on time, well packaged and great quality, and very helpful staff. Highly recommended for the quality and their unique, gorgeous pieces like the bells, statues, and original stone bracelets-- personal favorite of mine!

  I found Unique Feng Shui while looking for certain items for my new home. I found everything I was looking for! Great quality and the people go out of their way to answer to all your questions, and that's very valuable these days.Shipping was quick too. I will for sure continue to shop with them.
