  The prior review is not for Unique LA and should be removed. Sounds like some kind of rug vendor at the same address. Unique LA rocks and is your one stop shop for great design and art directly from the makers themselves.

  This company is truly shocking. I purchased a rug from them online with a 30 day return policy. When it arrived the colour was nothing like the photo on the website so I tried to return it. Phoned the company several times and spoke to an answering machine each time (useless - no response - ever). Then I tried contacting the Sydney address (only a virtual address - no luck there). Then email. 12 days later I received a response saying that they would pay half the postage which they estimated at $80 - payable when they received the item. To post a rug from Sydney to the US costs many times more than that. I asked for a return address. It was not provided and I have only just found it by searching the web under Unique (Not AUrugs under which they trade). I don't even know if it is the right address for returns. I tried writing back but weeks have now gone by and no response. Warning, Warning.
