::The entire experience was awful. When we arrived 2 hours before the event all the parking spots were full. The entire 7 story garage was full minus 2 spots where people had parked over the lines not allowing an additional car. So even though we pre bought our spot they over sold it. There were people leaving who bought space that had nowhere to park. On the way down someone was leaving and we were lucky enough to finally get a spot. We parked, left and realized we forgot our ID. Went back to the car and the doors were locked and we couldn’t get back into the garage. We waited until someone exited so we could get in. At the end of the night after the concert when we tried to leave they blocked us in. I pulled out of our spot and got in the line of cars to get out. Without exaggeration, because I looked at the clock when we stopped to when we moved, we waited in 1 spot not moving an inch for 1 hour! There had already been cars sitting and waiting long before we had even got in line. They literally blocked us in the garage not allowing us to leave for over an hour after the concert. That is absolutely absurd! I will never ever do business with this place again and will tell everyone I can the same.
