Roomy and air conditioning are wonderful but the bathroom is gross and there are no hygiene materials. If the AMTRAK is late, there is no seating for travelers on the platform. No access to the β€œfree” Wi-Fi. Transients and signature collectors lurk around. There is a strong law enforcement presence though they do nothing at all to discourage these activities.

Outside of the beautiful chandeliers, have low expections when you arrive. You will be politely told not to take any bags to a dirty restroom that you need to smuggle your own soap. They do not supply soap for fear of theft. The old benches are charming as long as you don't lay your head down, you will be firmly told of a "sleep ordinance" in which you cannot lay down your head. If your train is delayed hours you might be tempted to get online, however they do not know the password. Old can be forgiven if it's clean. But this was also the least hospitable station I've been to. They treat you like they're forced to babysit you until you leave.

This Enterprise location went ABOVE and BEYOND, and WAY out of their way to assist my family! With Spring Break AND SXSW going on, it was difficult to find a vehicle that would fit 7 people near our vacation destination. We had to rent from a neighboring city, and they went OUT of their way to pick us up AND drop us off! Justin, Sam and Macy were GREAT!! Thank you for making that part of our vacation STRESS FREE!

This is my first time to ride to train in Dallas. This location is crowed with people. There always has security at here for day and night. I feel safe to use this station.

Nice Building on the outside. Not much to see on the inside. Bathrooms are dirty and old. Lots of empty space. Only has an Amtrak desk. Not much seating. Outside the build grounds are very nice. Amtrak stops here everyday.
