::Absolutely the worst place ever. I used to live at coronado in shadyside, and it was full of roaches. FULL OF ROACHES.

::I stayed in South Windsor on Melwood for one long year! I have never had to deal with worse leasing company. The manager is too rude and really needs to learn to talk to customers. The heating was inefficient and we had to bring in electric heaters which added the costs. We complained several times but the care taker said he cannot do anything about it. Instead he tried to convince us how good cold weather is (like seriously dude?). The apartment was pretty neat and spacious. But I will never ever recommend it to anyone because of the management issues that I have had!

::I lived in Gracen Court for 2+ years. The management is great. Buses and markets are just downstairs! The only annoying thing was a neighbor was very sensitive to sounds and sometimes hit wall trying to warn you, although it's just walking or cooking sounds.

::I stayed at Beverly Court Apartments for 4 years. The location of the apartment is excellent. It's about 10-15 minutes drive to downtown. It's also within walking distance to Beverly Road shops and close to Washington Road, which both include very nice restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries, and ice cream shops. The neighborhood is very safe, very quite, walk-able and with easy access to public transportation. The building is well maintained. The manager was very responsive to my requests/concerns. For example, when the fridge was broken, they were able to replace it within a short period of time. The rent was also very affordable. I'd highly recommend this place.

::I resided in the 600 building for 8 years at Colony West. Josh is the maintenance person that I have known in that time. I don't know his last name, but he was an enormous part of what made my experience at Colony West a great one. He was excellent at his job, but he went above and beyond the requirements. He would help me pack my laundry up the stairs, help me with my trash and groceries -- and always with a smile. I know that many other residents in my building had the same high opinion and appreciation of Josh. Josh made my life easier and I appreciate it so much.
