  Run, don’t walk, away. They destroyed numerous dress shirts including a brand new, never worn shirt. The older woman does not care about customers at all, which is a shame because the guy that owns it (her son maybe?) really does care. This place even offered to sew a seam in my dress pants for me that I didn’t know was ripped. I happily agreed and then when I picked it up I found that the older woman sewed the knot outside of my grey wool dress pants with bright colored thread. WHAT?! Nobody sews suit pants on the outside, let alone with brightly colored thread. I’ve never seen such garbage service in my life. She routinely turns down same day service that is delivered on time (brought in at 10:30 and the front door says ‘In by 11am, out by 5pm’) because the woman doesn’t feel like doing the work. The times she has accepted it for same day THEY RUINED MY CLOTHES! This never happened when the guy was running the place instead of the older woman. Such a shame. They lost my business for life.

  This is by far one of the best cleaners in Rutherford! My clothes are always clean and the way I want it to be. I have been going there for almost five years, and I never had a problem with anything. The owner and the workers and very helpful and friendly. If you need professional expertise and handling, then this is the place to go!

  Do not go there with garments you really care about as it may be ruined. I took my pleated skirt there for the first time cleaning, relying on skills and competence of professionals, and got it back with most of the pleats gone, skirt being all wrinkled and spots are still there! It looks much worse than before I took it there. Oh, and it doesn't even have fresh smell after their "cleaning" process. They refused to take responsibility and did not even offer any type of compensation. Very disappointed with the customer service. The owner was raising his voice and even cursed at some point. Would never go back.
