  This is by far the best apartment building in Denver. There is a full-pro-level gym. The best gym I’ve seen in any type of residential building. Better than most commercial gyms. The amenities are top notch, build quality is fantastic, and the staff is awesome. I actually specifically walk by the staff to say hello in the mornings and afternoons because they are so nice. Everyone is super responsive to issues also. Other places I’ve lived feel like the lessors are a burden. This place feels more like a hotel. We decided to stay here instead of buying because it’s so great.

  Enjoyed living there. The location is great and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The apartments themselves are very nice. The common hall is great. It wasn't completely perfect; for instance the elevators in building one were in constant repair while I was there. Overall I would recommend them, especially if you want easy access to Union Station, and don't mind having a Whole Foods in the first floor of you building - very convenient and dangerously easy to shop there.

  A great place to live! Jennifer made leasing and move in a breeze and has readily addressed any questions/concerns since move in. The common area facilities are well maintained and the building offers many resident activities. The amenities are a huge plus, and the staff have been courteous and helpful with any requests.

  Jennifer and Danielle in the front office were a huge help in getting me upgraded from a 1 to 2 bedroom! They were very patient in my requests and extremely open on the demand of the availability of the apartments. The apartment offers great city views and the 24 hour concierge is very nice when I want to get packages late at night. Thank you Union Denver staff!

  I've been thoroughly disappointed thus far with my experience living at Union Denver. When I first moved in I was very happy but the quality has gone down sharply over time. There are fewer events, my hallway always smells (and I live on a "penthouse" level) and there are several things I was told would be available to residents that no one seems to know anything about now (free delivery from Whole Foods??). I have made my feelings pretty clear to the staff and they have done very little to make up for their constant issues. It's a brand new building yet something is always broken- elevators, pool/hot tubs, coffee machines, our mailroom was closed for 3 weeks! The fire alarms are always going off- last night the alarm went off at 10pm and the fire department came. Most people didn't even heed the warning, which management should be very concerned about since it's a safety issue but residents don't even take alarms seriously anymore. The gym, movie theater, dog run and various other amenities I was told would be open well before now, still aren't available. I've stopped even voicing my concerns because very little changes. I don't feel like I'm getting what I pay for to live in a luxury building. I've asked management to step it up but they have yet to show that the residents matter. They are only concerned about getting potential new residents to sign leases.
