::Order my daughter uniform shirts on July 10 and went to pick them up yesterday, waited 15-20 mins while they search the store to tell me they don't have it. Then, they promise me I will have my shirts tomorrow. Well went today after 2 pm to get the shirts and they still don't have it. There is no reason why I shouldn't have my shirts when I order them a month ago. Don't waste your time coming here!!!

::Customer service is a JOKE. We spent over 300.00 with them, the girl "helping" us sized our daughter with the wrong sweatshirt the manager wouldn't make it right, he offered for me to pay half and they would make a new one after I spent 20.00 plus already on the first which my daughter couldn't wear. CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE MANAGER ARE RIDICULOUS!!!! He wouldn't even call and speak to me as I was told he would be coward out and made the manager Shawn be the middle man. The manager is a POS. Shop somewhere else.

::I wasn't ever able to actually purchase anything here. I tried for two days to call the only number I could find (371-8570) to see if they carried my daughter's school skirts. It rings and there is no answering service. I figured that assuredly they were so very swamped they couldn't answer the phone. Three minutes after my last-ditch effort to try to talk to someone, I called and no answer, then went into the store to find one other customer and two nice-enough ladies; definitely not busy. I was informed that they carry no plaid skirts for any school. I remarked that it would have been nice to be able to call to find this out before wasting my time making the trip to the store. It was met with apathy. Where is the customer service?
