  I called and ordered a part from the parts department for my Wacker Neuson generator and the parts guy gave me the price and told me it would take 7-10 days for the parts to arrive. Now 2 weeks later i call because i have not heard anything and they tell me that no order was placed. This is not the first time I have had a problem with them. I also had a dewalt flashlight that was under warranty that took over a month to get back and every time i called they would say it should be here soon. These guys are not reliable. I would not recommend going. I have had nothing but problems everytime i go. As a local Tucson company we use to do alot of business with Unicoa and now they have lost our business and will not get it back.

  Took a 4-1/2" grinder in for repair under warranty. They had it for 13 weeks before I was able to pick it up. I called at least every couple of weeks to check the status and was told it was being worked on and would be ready the next day. I finally dropped by to get the status and was told they ordered the wrong part for it but got the right one in and would have it ready to go in an hour. Took another three weeks after that! I never once received any calls informing me of status of the repair nor did I receive any sort of apology for taking so long. I would highly recommend you go elsewhere for repairs, or for that matter, anything from this place. It is unprofessionally operated and managed.

  Poor customer service in the tool department. Dropped off two Milwaukee power tools for repair and was told they were not covered under warranty. I was able to take them to another repair facility. There they will be repaired under warranty. The tools are no more than 2 years old. I guess they think were not educated. Trying to rip off the wrong customer. Oh well....
