  EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!! When I came the last time (for the first time) they said the next time I would have $5 discount because of my birthday month. When I showed up today they refused to give me a discount due to a holiday weekend. When I asked what does my waxing my vagina has to do with Labour weekend festivities and why haven't they told me about these exceptions before they said that's the company policy. It's not because of these $5, the service was good. It's a principle. Do not promise anything if you are not sure or GIVE ALL THE INFORMATION upfront. Not coming back.

  The woman at the front was rather rude to me. On top of that my eyebrows are ruined. I have naturally thicker eyebrows and I prefer to keep it that way. I mentioned this to the person doing my brows twice. Now they are super skinny and I really feel uncomfortable with the way I look.
