  Unfold really is a completed yoga studio that not only specialize in prenatal yoga but also combine with other types yoga that you can do your practices base on your requests. The prenatal yoga is really designed for mother-to-be from early pregnant postpartum period. I have been practicing here more than a year and I love the vibe in here. All the teachers are so kind with warm hearts. This is the yoga studio you really want to come day by day!

  I practiced prenatal yoga with April prior to and after the opening of Unfold Yoga (in 2012) and she is absolutely the best! Very patient! She challenges you, but at the same time doesn't push you above your comfort level. Being part of prenatal yoga really made my pregnancy feel special. The labor process was a lot smoother than I anticipated because I incorporated a lot of the techniques I learned from yoga class. Unfortunately, I have moved out of the area, but if I were still living in California, I would have definitely, without a doubt, joined April's class for my current pregnancy.

  I have been practicing at this studio since it opened, and it's a gem. It has a personal touch, small classes at all levels, and outstanding workshops and instructors. It's truly a community, and it's become a big part of my life. Try it, you won't regret it~!
