  Amazing experience here! Ordered 12 shirts for our Intramural Volleyball Team and they turned out amazing! They were able to capture the exact design that we wanted and everything was printed in a timely manner. The customer service here is phenomenal. The employee Justin is seriously such a genuine guy and really helps to work out any issues you are having. Definitely recommend this place for large group orders or just a single tee.

  This was the easiest ordering process, I've ever experienced and I've been doing this for many years. Even though for UGP it was a last minute order, Alex said oh, not a problem and delivered on time and the printing quality was excellent. Because of the quality work, not to mention being local which for me I feel we should support our local businesses, and the fact that Alex was so easy to work with, I will definitely place my next order with UGP!!

  I originally started working with a different online vendor. After repeatedly getting frustrated with their service, I checked out UGP, and I am very glad I did. They worked with me to answer my questions and to help me create a product that was right for my group. The staff was professional, polite, and responsive. Overall, an excellent experience. Should I need a custom t-shirt again, UGP will definitely be my first call.

  I absolutely loved working with Alex Robertson at Underground in Lexington. He was so patient and helpful when I had issues with artwork approval through UK PR, and further when our order could not be screen printed as we had originally ordered it, he was willing to change it to an embroidery for no up-charge. We have used Underground Printing for business for a very long time and have ordered everything from mass orders of T-shirts for our largest events to quarter zips for our board and we have never been disappointed with an order or overcharged. I suggest using Underground for any personalized clothing order whether you are a sports team or a large organization looking to promote your brand!
