  I could rate the place a zero if I could. I have been coming to this laundromat for over 15 years. Over the years, it has changed ownership a few times, but it has never been run so poorly. It’s currently called “Jia En.” Not only is the place disgustingly dirty, but the man who runs the place is devoid of any kind of respect and professionalism. For example, today, I accidentally put change into the machine adjacent to mine. I told the guy who worked there what happened, and instead of addressing the issue, first he made a face to say “not my problem.” Then, I kindly explained the issue again, at this point he started yelling at me loudly multiple times: “not my problem, not my problem, not my problem!” He didn’t seem to speak much English, but it appears that he knew all the words he needed to know in order to be disrespectful. What kind of a pathetic excuse for a laundromat is this? Save your money and your clothes. Take your business elsewhere.

  Ever since the owners changed in 2017, this laundromat has gone all the way downhill! The cleanliness Is lacking. The previous owners were amazing and never tried to take short cuts on the quality of their services. We used to drop off and also wash our own stuff. Never had issues. After new owners, there has been a laundry list of issues!!! On one occasion, I walked in and it literally smelled like something died here. I asked for a plastic bag and the attendant couldn’t speak a word of English and tried to charge me for a plastic bag!!! A fellow customer commented to me how her things were removed from the washer, meanwhile the laundrymat was empty!!! It was a Wednesday and there was zero urgency, so why touch someone’s clothes??!! They also weren’t washing any drop offs. On another occasion, I washed 3 loads, 2 of which I set in warm cycle and 1 I set to Hot! The loads came out freezing cold so it was obvious to me that the owners don’t have hot water running into the washing machines so they can cut costs. I asked the attendant about it and again the lack of English is a Huge problem!! They play dumb and don’t address my question as to why the hot water isn’t working. The lady and man here just speak to me in circles to avoid addressing my concern. There’s also NO heat circulating in the laundry-mat so you freeze while waiting for your loads to finish. The laundromat on Bath ave is a bit further for me but it’s Much better and they will be having my business going forward!
