  Customer service is sorely lacking. I feel as if they are doing me a favor to find the shades of Lance as well as the various products sold by Lancome

  The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The manager went above and beyond to get me the best discounts and free products that she could and even had my products shipped to my residence for free.

  Always stocked and in and out Customer service is a plus here always asking if you need help or did you find what your looking for clean as well make up is always neat and also ready to try on as well

  This place has stepped up their game. In the past, it was really difficult to get help in the store, staff made it seem like you were bothering them when asking a question/checking out. However, my last few visits have been exceptional. I was greeted upon walking in and offered assistance right away when trying to pick out a perfume for my wife. They made suggestions and I felt like they were really trying instead of just selling me anything to get me out. My wife had something to exchange and it was very simple. Would recommend.
