  I have taken my wife to this Ulta for the last few years as this is the closest one near us. She is a VIP member with Ulta. She loves the company and member system tremendously. Unfortunately there are few cons that we have both noticed at this particular location. Employees are always talking with each other instead of offering customers for assistance. There have been many occasions where she has asked if they had a product that was not on the shelf and was immediately met with no we are out of stock, the least they can do is offer to locate it at another store, but they dont. A major issue we both noticed over several visits is that they are always out of stock and shelves are always empty. Not sure what's going on there but it's crazy how that's become a trend here. The store is also somewhat dirty, trash cans at the makeup stations are always over flowing and testers are always shattered, gross or missing . My wife has taken to ordering online which is sad considering she buys a lot of makeup, and waiting for shipping isn't always ideal. Hope the company can clean up this location.

  All of these people reviewing are snobby old women who expect the world on a platter. I’m a guy who shops for his girlfriend and all the girls there treat me very well and help me out a ton. These women leaving bad reviews need to get a grip and understand that this is still a business. Places are understaffed because the company has an allowed set of hours. They don’t do this on purpose. It’s almost impossible to predict foot traffic. Anyway this is a good store with good employees, but the customers aren’t that great.

  I'm always having to chase someone down for help. I asked an employee if they had the travel size urban decay concealer. She immediately said no we're all out and it was limited stock. So I went and checked out and there it was near the check out lane. They put very little effort in helping customers.

  I walked around the perfume section for a good twenty minutes smelling the testers. I needed help and was waiting to be contacted by an associate. Instead the manager on duty called the police because she thought I was stealing. I felt discriminated against, was embarrassed and angry. I left without purchasing anything. The front end lead on duty washeavyset, dark haired young woman.

  Horrible customer service. I had the misfortune of having Madison check me out. She got very upset that I don't give my phone number out and that I am not a member of their rewards program. She immediately yelled to the next customer in line (standing about 20 feet away) if they wanted to get my points because I don't participate. While I'm all for someone else getting a good deal. It was the condescending manner in which she asked. She kept trying to pressure me into signing up. Finally I told her I didn't want to sign up and was aware of all the so called advantages. She then told me I didn't have to get so upset. I asked her name and after giving it to me she stated her manager would love to talk to me. They really need to treat their customers better. I probably spend about $150.00 a month in this store. There are so many stores going out of business due to internet shopping and I have found most items I get from ULTA can be purchased online and at a better price. I will not shop at this store again. I also work for an employer right across the street that employs several thousand employees. I will make sure to share my experience with my co-workers as well.
