  Really bad service ...stay away fro this location. Should replace these girls. Took my wife for some cosmetics, they did not even bother to help. After waiting quite some time we requested for help. Had to physically walk down to the corner where these three girls were giggling. One of them casually responded that we can find the products in two isles. It was good that another lady appeared to help us later, but these three ladies (one of them was really heavyweight afro origin) was told her something whispering and telling some stories (part of which was Spanish language) about us it seems. We got really surprised, we had been to other Ulta stores and never experienced such a bad behavior ever. We had a problem with one of the items we bought and when we reentered the stored these three sales ladies were standing at the front desk. They did not even help us at all. They instead behaved as if they did not even see us and ignored... showing off with taking pictures of each others. I felt that they look like ghosts :) and I don't care but I really understand why such unprofessional and irritable sales ladies are hired in this store. I really pity the owner. Anyways we will not come to this store again and will never refer anybody else. This might be the reason this store have so less customers.

  At the salon Leanna helped me with fixing my hair color i wanted to go back to my natural hair color she explained to me what needed to be done and how much and when i saw the results i was in love !!!!!! I would recommend leanna for sure !!!!!!!!

  Facials by Angelica are a MUST! From the minute I walked in to the minute I left she provided excellent service. She's so welcoming and very knowledgable. I have been seeing her once a month for a few months now and even my coworkers have noticed my face has gotten brighter and more even. Highly recommended.

  I had a blowout and make-up done for an event. Rafael did the most beautiful blowout I have ever had. He was so patient and did exactly what I wanted. Sabrina did my make-up and again did exactly what I asked. I am very simple and do not usually wear make-up so I did not want to look super over the top and again she did a wonderful job. Everyone was wonderful. I highly recommend them.

  If you're looking to get your hair styled super sultry, luscious, sexy, glam or just need to get a haircut or color - Book with Rafael at Ulta Beauty Hair Salon in Garfield!!! (Don't forget to let him know you booked bc your saw his review!) He's passionate about hair from styling to cut to color to treatments you should do to moisturize - he's amazing at what he does!!! I booked an appointment with him, feeling a little apprehensive because I've never gotten my hair done by a guy - but I needed a haircut - like yesterday...! Let me tell you - I'm so glad I did! He did a signature cut and style and he did an amazing job! If you're looking to get your hair done for any special event or just to treat yourself to a beautiful blowout - you need to see Rafael!!!! Trust me - he'll take care of you and your hair!
