  Worst customer service I have ever seen in retail. The staff is ridiculous and completely incompetent. Apparently, you also have to have the resting b@tch face down to an art form. Also, the side eye roll is a plus when getting hired there. I’ll go elsewhere next time I want to spend hundreds of dollars for makeup

  I've been here several times and most of the time everyone who works here is really nice and the line moves pretty quickly. BUT it's always SO hot in here! Literally every time I go here I leave sweating and I feel like I'm not even here that long. I don't know how the people who work there can stand it.

  I highly recommend this great store. Online, in store, all of it. You will find great customer service, high quality products and sales too. The Rewards Program is well worth it- you will get a free birthday gift and the points are useful.
