  We recently worked with Stan Ulis on 2 separate instances, in both New York and New Jersey. He worked with us every step of the way, making sure the transactions went smoothly and efficiently. Stan is extremely professional, straightforward and walked us through all aspects and details and explained it all simply and patiently. We really appreciated his diligence, honestly and sincerity. We would without a doubt use Stan Ulis again and highly recommend him!

  I used Ulis Law for my the purchase of my coop. Stan was personal, professional and always responded and explained my questions. The closing was smooth and efficient. I highly recommend Stan and his staff.

  This was a very very bad experience, never returned calls, did not appear at the closing, total negligence and unprofessional communication with the client.

  Stan is a talented lawyer. Licensed in both NJ and NY. He is professional, courteous, smart and attentive to details. He didn’t make much money closing two houses for me but never the less did a great, I mean GREAT job. I highly recommend him. I am in real estate for a living and he knows his stuff.
