  The museum is a beautiful space, and the exhibits upstairs are lovely; seeing the pysanky (Easter eggs) from all over Ukraine is really cool. The basement space was small but we loved the photography exhibit they had there!

  Although it's small it's worth visiting if you are in the area. There were two collections when I visited this museum. Art work descriptions are extensive, in large font, easy to read and bilingual. Very friendly staff. Expect to spend 30min - 1h at the museum.

  As many have noted, the exhibits change often but all generally tend to be interesting. Nice and quiet place, a shame they close so early

  I feel kind of silly writing a review for a museum because you sort of know what to expect and exhibitions change often so anything that I really enjoyed may be gone when you read this and decide to go. That being said I feel like the Ukrainian museum does an excellent job of showcasing aspects of Ukrainian culture - whatever on display is interesting and well curated. It's a small museum - don't expect to spend more then two hours (and that's if you're a big fan) but that makes it accessible. Drop in on a quiet afternoon and learn something.
