  30 minute line just to pay to exit? Very poor judgement by hospital administration.

  Takes advantage of both patients and visitors. lining their pockets with unnecessary and high fees to park at a place you are already spending tens of thousands of dollars at.

  I've been to several hospitals over the years and this is the first one that the patients have to pay for parking and it's not cheap. I was very surprised that a hospital with their credentials and size makes it's patients and visitors and even there employees pay for parking. Yes they have a excellent shuttle service and security is present but you would think that the University of Kentucky Hospital could at least let there patients and their families park without having to pay for it. Shame on you, shame,shame on you.

  Was parked there for about a week and since we left on the weekend it didn't cost a thing
