  Their selection isn’t great at all but it’s their customer service that will make me go elsewhere. The employees nor the manager was able to help me at all. Everything was an inconvenience. I’ll be taking my money elsewhere, thank you very much.

  Excellent service, sizes are hard to find sometimes but staff does all they can to get you your size and the friendly hello and welcome is uplifting walking into the store.

  Looking to make a return because I never buying online again, they don't care and not nice, after 3 weeks I never got the boots were a present and and They didn't let me know they apparently were out of stock and I have to buy and now I have to go to the store to return because they never have a free shipping even if you qualified at the purchased, they offer a percentage off and they didn't honored me, is better buying at department stores

  This store has horrible customer service . I called to get some information about a defected shoe and a representative by the name of ALEXA answered the phone . She was rude the entire conversation and didn't answer any of my questions . When I told her that was not what I was asking and did I qualify for a refund she got upset and hung up the phone . I will definitely be contacted the general store manager and corporate. I am sure they don't know they have under qualified employees with nasty attitudes working the telephones and servicing clients . Now I see why this location as SOOOOOOOO many negative reviews on several websites .
