  Good products but had to ask for help. There were more sales associates than customers. I hope this was an isolated instance.

  Placed an order on the 12th december 2017 and i STILL don't have my order its absolutely ridiculous

  I love the boots that this place offer for winter!!! You don’t feel the cold weather with them on you!

  Horrible customer service. I came in to exchange a pair of slippers and since they didn't have them in store, they ordered them online for me. First, the man seemed so bored and annoyed with me. Second, he put in my address completely wrong after I told him multiple times what my actual address was. They also do not know how to answer their phones!! I have been trying to call their store all morning, along with UGG's exchange service line, to tell them that my order is being shipped to the wrong address and no one answered. They seriously need to get their stuff together. NEVER will shop at Ugg again.

  Giving one star because 0 stars is not an option they are very stank and racist if you are not white this isn't the place to go shop for uggs
