  Used the gym with a free trial pass. Staff was friendly when I arrived for the first time, but did not seem to be very knowledgeable with company . The Daily Fitness class was an hard workout that was full body.

  I would give 5 stars but the cleaniness of the gym needs work.. mens bathrooms is always out of toiletries. The vaccums are left out in the corners, and the mats could use vaccuming. Besides that the classes are great, coaches really push you to your goals, and the staff is friendly.

  I love that it’s never packed and open 24 hours. Great range of classes but some of the trainers seem unenthusiastic teaching classes. I feel like I’ve gotten better workouts elsewhere. Some of the classes leave me wanting more.

  This is amazing The best gym that i have been in my life People are great Different kind of gym than others No selfies not tough guys only hard training. Coaches are outstanding

  Overall amazing! I had went there for the free trial and as soon as i walked in the staff made me feel like family. The trainers are extremely knowledgeable and are happy to answer any of your questions and work with you. Not only are they respectful but everyone there has a sense of humor making it all the better. Will be coming back :)
