  Disorganized. This place is not set up to make you feel at ease. Everything about it is designed to make you feel like less of a person. The staff is often rude, even hostile toward the people they're supposed to be serving. I've personality been yelled at by a few of them simply for asking a question, or voicing a concern. Terrible.

  Exceedingly long wait times with often only 1 of the 4 available prescription pickup windows open, regardless of an excess of 20 customers waiting. For example, I waited outside in line 15 minutes just to be admitted to the inside line, and have waited 40 minutes with only one window open and 7 people still ahead of me. Saying it's because it is lunchtime is not a valid excuse. Lunchtime occurs daily, and it is the responsibility of pharmacy managers to stagger lunch breaks to afford patients efficient access to their lifesaving medicines.
