    First initial contact with ER dept up front lady was rude. Night shift on 5/25/18 a white lady not the Asian. Let it go. My actually staff overall was great. Made me laugh despite all my pain, tried to make me comfortable. There was to be a doctor's note included in my paperwork. I guess it's my fault for assuming a hospital would get there job right. I'm in pain, tired, haven't slept in 2 days. And they say they can't fax medical paperwork , which is a lie Denver health does it all the time, whom they partner with... lol... so only way to get my doctor note is to go back to the hospital when i should be resting like directed. So unconvinced... smh... then when I ask to speak to a manager they say none is available when i ask why there is no supervision or management in a hospital she says she can't answer that. Looks like you guys lie a lot and don't know answers to lots!! GET IT TOGETHER

    The care I received was great, their billing department is terrible, unorganized and not helpful in the least bit. I received a bill in late February for work done in May 2017. I called to request details as I thought this had been paid previously. I finally got all the documents, called to make payments and was told because I was over 60 days old I could not do this. They stated they called me, never got a call, stated I called because I was filing bankruptcy - I've never nor hopefully ever will have to file bankruptcy. I'm sure I am confused with someone else as the name is so common. Unwilling to help me pay this off in a timely manner, such poor customer service.

    I took a family member there for a routine procedure, and it was like a maze and people were walking around everywhere.? It was Total Caos.! There were so many people they were tripling up the VIP Parking in the middle of the road because there was no room? If you don't like walking or can't walk well this place is not for you!! This place is a money making machine it is always busy and takes all people? The Doctor's Seem pretty competent? And the staff is pretty nice ! The place is well noticeable and easy to get to and very very big! I would suggest making your appointment months in advance..!

    I honestly wish I could give them zero stars. I had my daughter here 5 years ago and they have completely changed. They are nothing like they were now they just SUCK. They are full with incompetent people and schedule you appointments that are always 30 minutes behind schedule. Not only do you check in on time but even after the 30 minutes of them being behind your appointment still isn't seen until 40-50 minutes later. For someone that has to work and rescheduled there appointment they should let you know when you check in, instead they look at you check you in and wait for you to come up and complain. After I asked if they were behind the nurses and front desk staff rolled there eyes at me and didn't acknowledge me anymore. This place is a joke and they have no customer service what so ever. If I could switch hospitals I would but I'm due right around the corner.

    I am very unhappy with the inpatient process. I pay a good amount for my insurance each month, and the service I receive is sub par. I have been with this hospital for over 10 years and the changes for inpatient services are just not what they use to be. You have to pay a co-pay just for doctors to take one look at you and refer you somewhere else. They don't touch you, don't order any tests. You could save my money and give me a referral questionnaire, refer me through email, or on the phone. Once you are referred to a specialist it can take MONTHS before you are able to get in for a consultation, let alone any treatment or additional tests which take more time. Having a job and trying to take time off for all of these little visits is a nightmare, and if you have anything aggressive or life threatening , good luck trying not to die in the time that you are waiting to see a specialist. The patient care standard here is very low, especially for customers who pay insurance specifically for this hospital. I use to refer people to this hospital for their services, now I tell them to go with other options.There needs to be a board or someone on this issue quickly because it is a huge liability. If paying patients are waiting more than a month for care that is a problem. This should be a simple standard of care, and customer service .
