  Horrible! I would not recommend going here to get any screen replaced. I had a cracked iPad screen replaced here, and upon receiving it back, the screen had visible bubbles and dust under the glass. Since it would take another day to fix, I opted to just take the iPad and deal with it. When I got home, I put the iPad in a heavy duty case designed for children. When I put the lid of the case over the iPad, the screen cracked in the corner. Not even 1 day after replacing the screen, the cheap screen they used to replace the original didn’t hold up. The iPad wasn’t dropped. It wasn’t physically damaged. U Break I Fix is just a poor quality company that has a poor quality product. I would recommend going elsewhere for any screen repair.

  UPDATE I GOT MY PHONE BACK AND SO FAR SO GOOD ITS WORKING LIKE NEW AGAIN I WISH THEY WOUOW HAVE EXPLAINED TO ME THAT THEY RECEIVED A BAD BATCH OF PRODUCT INSTEAD OF LEAVING ME IN THE DARK AS TO WHY IT WAS TAKING SO LONG TO FIX MY PHONE BUT NO COMPLAINTS PHONE IS WORKING GREAT!!! NOW A 5 STAR RATING FROM ME pretty frusterated they seem like nice enough people i made an appt to take my phone to them on a sunday actually droppped it off the night before they said by thursday i should have it back since its a google pixel and theyve had alot come in with the same issues.. well its now saturday a week later and i still dont have my phone back.. i understand running out of parts whatnot but next time i have an issue if they dont have the parts right there i will not leave it there i will have them call me when the parts are available.

  These guys are fantastic! Before I left my phone with them they gave me a quote and estimated time. Two hours later my phone was ready. They explained to me they accidently quoted me the wrong price, but they wouldn't charge me more than what I was quoted. They are much more reasonably priced than other places in town and nothing beats great customer service.
