  Completely disappointed, embarrassed, and ignored. I went there with a dining advantage coupon paid for by t-mobile. When i arrived the employee was not familiar with the special, so I asked for the manager, wanted to make sure before I began serving myself everything was good. The manager looked at coupon and gave me the ok and the employee redeemed on my phone but expected me to pay cash. The deal was $1.00 for $5.00 all u can fill up. T mobile sent a credit of $20 to my dining advantage account and the dollar was deducted. And for some reason they didnt understand it ( the reason I wanted to make sure before I started) The manager took my beautiful creation away from me and called the corporate office and that person did not know anything about a dining deal. So I was told the coupon could not be honored. WOW WOW first rule of thumb manager lady who could not handle a challenge. Learn people skills, then customer service skills. The uswirl was already made, why embarrass or make a customer feel bad because your employer doesn't communicate important information or lack thereof. I know I wasn't fradulant and you even said it was ok, not only do you suck at business challenges, you clearly didn't read the special in fine print before you gave me the ok and stole my dollar from me. it's a measly 5 dollars worth of ice cream lady!! Is it worth a bad review? Or a poor reputation? Your employee didnt even know about the coupon. Bottom line, you didnt think, you didnt care how I felt, you brushed me off, when you could have just let go. You knew I was mad and you had to play control freak. Plus didn't seem to worry about giving me my dollar back. I still can't believe a corporate person was not aware of this special. It's ice cream people not a million dollars your corporate person ( if you even called corporate) SHOULD NOT NOT BE IN A CAPACITY LIKE THAT. Your customers make you idiot, not your swirly ice cream. No customers. No u swirl. You need to take a class too! and take a demotion dumb ass!

  Nice clean delicious yogurt. Little bit out of my way for me but I enjoyed it

  Hard to get into the place but they have good frozen yogurt.

  You'll pay by weight here, which in my opinion, makes it expensive. Yogurt itself isn't impressive, however they have gourmet chocolates that are really good.
