  I used them to move recently and am grateful for how smooth everything went. It also didn't take all day to either pick it up or drop it off. The staff was professional and courteous, which is always important, but especially appreciated for me since this was my first time needing to rent a moving truck. The whole thing was also about $20 cheaper than I anticipated as well. I'd use them again.

  Reserved an enclosed trailer last night. The reservation was for 2 days. The reservation was confirmed for a location that I had set up a proper hauling vehicle to be onsite this morning. The location I was told had the enclosed trailer did not. I was than re-routed all over and than finally was able to get assistance with a customer rep who advised me the location on bay st would have my request on site, sent the confirmation number, than confirmed that she would communicate with the bay st location that I would be arriving within minutes. Mind you I was en route to a further location that had the trailer in stock however the lady on the line told me she was making another reservation and I confirmed over and over to make sure they would be there to expedite my order....., She advised me that she would reach out to the bay st location to address my circumstances & if there were any issues I would receive a phone call from staff on site. I received no call. Walked into to store and a gentleman behind the counter greeted me with “yeah nah we closed...”. I told him of my situation and he aggressively stared at me saying nothing. I showed him confirmation numbers and time stamps and he responded by staring aggressively at me again and said “I should have locked that door........”. Professionally this should have been handled very differently. Courtesy wise I can not begin to express my dismay, frustration and exhaustion this has put me through. I called customer service immediately and the woman who answered seemed like she was not prepared to handle this situation. So after 10 mins on the phone..... she terminated the call. Now I’m on the with customer service again to get some sort of assistance and the call is currently at 40 minutes. I have lost money and a client due to the charades I have been put through. Wow. Is all I can say.

  Really great customer service. James was very attentive and explained everything clearly. It was the easiest and most pleasant U-haul transaction I've had yet. Highly recommend this location!
