  The WORST staff I have EVER dealt with. Rude, ghetto, nasty, oh my there is not enough I can say to assure you DONT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE.

  Prices are very High NYC and they don't have any big trucks for one way 2 long distance

  Pro tip: prebook your rental truck and start to “pick up” your truck once you arrive at the location on the uhaul website on your phone. You’ll be able to confirm your license, emergency contact, etc all online. You will still need to wait in line at the store to pick up the keys and formally sign the agreement which didn’t take very long. Despite the wait time in line, my experience was rather simple. Docked a star for the 30min I waited in line - there was only 3 ppl ahead of me and 2 employees at the time.

  Awesome so i placed my order on line on the uhaul web site.so I cut of all the paper work time.got there have them my info they pulled it up.gave me the keys m a van.i was in and out.
