  Rented on a 1st of the month weekend, busy as "an airport during the holidays". Received good service from friendly staff. Price was reasonable.

  I love this U-Haul location. The staff is great and helpful even don't on the weekends things can be pretty packed in regards to the lines in there but overall things work out pretty smooth. I probably utilize them for work-related gig three times a week. The process is smooth and you'll be in and out in a jiffy.

  I had an unforseen issue. The representative was very patient in explaining what should be done to resolve it. They helped me a lot.

  Friendly and fine, but they nickel and dime on fees and gas. I figured it would cost $100 to rent a truck. They advertise $19, sign you up for $72, then actually charge $95. Also, I thought i was getting a van, but they gave me a truck. I was told flatly i could not switch. So, i couldn't actually get into my storage facility amd had to push my boxes up a ramp by cart. :-(

  This place ripped me off! They overcharged me for both mileage and fuel and I took photos to prove it, yet they still charged me double. I waited to make a post to see if they would correct the issue, have called them and emailed them and they have yet to fix the issue. I see that by reading through their reviews it's something they do on the regular. Absolutely do not go here, I'm a bit surprised that U-haul would allow something like this to happen under their umbrella.
