  bad service will never use them again. i had an appointment for an installation and when i showed up was told they werent going to dp it i can try another day... **update**after making a call to customer sevice it turns out the scheduling department made the mistake. the gentleman working was nice enough to come out and take care of it anyway.

  They advertise 19.99 a day on a cargo van plus $10 A DAY for insurance that my understanding was for the whole week I needed it for. Plus .67 mile. Watch out milage comes out almost $1 because they tax on there milage, on there insurance and there fee. In the long run get ready to pay an easy $100 a day. I got ripped off because they did not listened to my needs and did contract wrong to begin with. When they so call fixed it they took more money out of my bank with out my authorization to cover additional days.( Did not tell me exact amount it was going to be drafted, I thought it was going to be another $68 not $300.) They cause me to get over drawn and don't want to be responsible for the action they did.

  Don’t waste your time at this location. I called and asked a simple question and the lady acted like I was inconveniencing her. It’s almost like they don’t want your business.

  My sister and i went to this Uhaul moving & storage place on sw military. One of their sales representative Joseph is very rude. I dont suggestion that to go to this location if your moving.

  I simply called to see if they had a certain size in stock and DEARDRA was so rude. I believe she is the reservation representative for the location at SW Military... She would not tell me if they had the size at that specific location unless I put down a credit card number to hold it. I told her I don't want to put anything over the phone, I'm going to go in but before I go in I want to be sure that size is available. She refused to give me anymore information until I put down a card number. No representative from u haul has ever told me I HAVE to put down a credit card, they have always said if I would like to reserve it then I put the card number. In this case I just wanted to be sure they had the size, I wasn't reserving anything over the phone. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she said one will call me back, I told her I'll hold until I can speak to one and she refused to let me hold saying they weren't allowed to put ppl on hold due to call volumes she said they have to call you back. I STILL HAVE NOT GOT A CALL BACK. I have never dealt with a representative so rude from u haul before, this was the first. And now because of her I went ahead and rented from Penske who's customer service was much more pleasant!
