  In short, this was a move from absolute hell. The only helpful resource I have been able to rely on has been Uhaul on Rainier Blvd. They have been truly understanding through and through and even helped me discover a really great packing tape I didn’t know existed at the beginning of my move; the stuff that is the same shade as a moving box, get it! Best moving tape ever! Thank you Uhaul for being reliable and understanding throughout this extremely long, crappy, terrible moving experience!

  This is THE WORST truck rental experience I have ever had! They are understaffed, slow, and end up giving you a truck that is dirty and dangerous!! The lack of professionalism and dependability was unbelievable. Take your business elsewhere!

  Paid them $3,000 for a U-Box to be moved, and they lost it.. A few weeks later it arrives randomly in my driveway with no notice or phone call.. After me spending weeks in this office and on the phone trying to figure out when it would arrive because I had hired a moving crew (also through U-Haul that they wouldn't let me reschedule or refund due to the box they lost). What a nightmare. Terribly run service and horrible customer service and just a bad business altogether. You guys cost me a fortune in re-scheduling moving help and it was torture living in an absolutely empty apartment because you never held up what your reservation said. Not once. If you can't handle the business, don't take the money.

  This place taught me the value of being a 5-star customer. Because of the scathing reviews, I assumed that the staff was tired of being treated poorly. So I walked in with a smile, and a commitment to be cool and flexible. Every staff member there went the extra mile for me. I reserved a trailer and needed a hitch installed. I told them the wrong year for my car (oops!), which gave them an extra day or more of work, running around chasing down a new hitch that would work with my car. That little mistake created a lot of work for them. They never once blamed me for the problem, and they took full responsibility for staying on track with my travel timeline. The whole project came in under the quoted price. Everything worked out beautifully. I felt completely supported throughout the whole process. I was discouraged that the staff was so shocked at how easygoing I was with my move. These guys hadn't been given much respect. Remember--moving is one of the most stressful parts of our human existence. It doesn't need to be stressful, and yelling at your neighborhood U-Haul staff will not give them the chance to give you the care you really need. Thank you, U-Haul team! You guys were instrumental in one of the easiest moves in the history of relocating.
