  Excellent service! While waiting for my movers to come, I had the pleasure of observing how well the staff worked together. They were cooperative and polite with each other and the customers. It is a powerful reflection of their manager , Ms. Hazel, who is professional and personable. Thank you all for operating in excellence.

  Would leave 0 if I could. I reserved a storage unit here and they didn't have climate control so they moved me to the Bensonhurst location without even telling me which is about 25 minutes away. I wouldn't recommend using U-haul. I had a much better experience with Cube Smart

  Pros: Big, Clean, Safe neighborhood, After Hour Drop-off Available. Cons: Staff, staff, staff. Low Staffed. One staff lied to me on the phone, another staff tried to act like she's my boss with a fake smile FULL of sarcasm. EVIL. My worst UHaul experience ever. Conclusion: Go if you need to, you'll get the job done. But if you're not in a good mood, please do meditate for 30 minutes before and after you visit.

  The worst experience I have ever had at a u haul facility. Customer service was horrible. I was plain and simply put lied to and had to pay an extra 200 dollars for no reason. Would not recommend to anyone ever.

  They is great customer service they are in larging the store their prices are okay they could do better but I like the store when you need a truck or van it's always there as I have experienced it for myself I don't speak for all.
