  Was told we could drop off our U-Haul trailer after hours because I work late Drove all the way there and there was no after hours drop off When I called number lady was rude Now we have spent twice as much gas towing trailer back to house

  Great customer service! After lots of stress trying to find a uhaul they made it feel worth it. Both the guys working that day made me feel great about renting from them.
