  Only two people working here now. I usually pick up trucks here because it’s so close to home. The online quick pick up option didn’t really work and I was redirected between the two people multiple times before she completely remade my order. Also said I could pick up online at 8am on Sundays but the store didn’t open till 9. Infuriating way to start a move.

  Bad customer service! Guy at the desk was very rude no manners for the customer! Would never go back there again! Ever!

  They tried to install hitch on my car and cargo trailer but never get back on me for 7 hrs. I kept calling them but then I was not get direct answer from their personnel.

  My experience with this U-Haul location has been one of the best I've had with any company. The manager Kenneth is an absolutely great guy who is professional, kind, and focused on the needs of his customers. As a long-term storage renter, I could not be happier with my decision to contract with this location. If service is important to you, go with Fletcher U-Haul!
