  I called in today with a simple question, wondering what the daily rate is for a tow dolly. The guy didn't know, and fumbled around saying he was looking for it on the computer. More silence followed and eventually he apologized again, claiming that the computer was having an issue. Which up to this point, I'm not upset at all. Computers can be dumb sometimes. But then another long silence follows, and then the line goes dead. I wait to see if he'll call me back, in case he got disconnected by accident. He never did. That is some stellar customer service!! Not. This dude's a lazy ass worker, just wanted to throw that out there.

  Easy and fast return for a one-way rental from southern Oregon. The person who helped me was friendly and helpful. The whole process took just a minute or two. Would return a rental here again.

  Staff is friendly and fast. Helped me set up for utility trailer with hitch and light connection. Very good experience. Email for billing and booking confirm. Highly recommend this location.

  They gave me free used boxes! I didn't buy or rent anything from them but after browsing the boxes for sale a salesperson pointed out the free used boxes and let me take as many as I wanted. They were friendly as I left even though I didn't buy anything. Street parking recommended. Getting to the front door is confusing.

  Typical corporate lack of accountability - Called to asked if we could return truck an hour late. The person on the phone said its "OK, because we had 3 hour grace period", and said they put a note in our file to show we called to OK the late return. Upon returning the truck, I was charged an entire full day for not only the truck, but the dolly, and two hand trucks too. No note was found in our file and we were told that no such 3 hour grace period exists, period. After pressing further, the counter person said they would look into the call (since they are recorded). I never heard back from from them.
