  They have multiple pickups scheduled this morning and only one employee. This is seriously stupid. Came back the next day and still no staff on hand. They made five ready-to-go customers wait half an hour for one idiot lady who couldn't be bothered to look at the website or come prepared.

  Did not give us enough information on the phone, we wanted a pick up truck but apparently you need a major credit card for that. We're supposed to pay $155.00, we ended up paying $260.00. Talk about cat-fishing!!!

  One person working here on a Saturday morning? Really?? Cause no one moves on a Saturday. The line is 7 deep and the girl was hiding in the back eating lunch?

  Honestly, due to the utter chaos that surrounded getting our U-Haul box, I'm not sure if I'm even rating the correct location. I only know that our experience working with U-Haul here in Denver has been atrocious. They are the gd worst. When we initially ordered the U-Haul box we scheduled a pick up day that worked for both my and my girlfriend's schedule. Upon filling the U-box and having it shipped, they decided to changed to the delivery date on us. We didn't know until 24 HOURS BEFORE, that our U-Haul box was going to be delivered. I can't believe this place is even operational. Quite possibly the worst customer service experience I've ever had. That isn't to say that the people on the other end of the phone weren't pleasant. They were. But they didn't seem to have any idea at all what they were doing or what was happening in their company. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. FIND YOUR SERVICE SOMEWHERE ELSE. THEY ARE AWFUL AT THEIR JOBS.
