::I love U Barre! This is my favorite Barre and Pilates studio in Sacramento. The owner, Gloria, as well as the rest of the instructors are wonderful. They are all very kind and approachable, but still push you for are great workout. Since starting at U Barre, I am more confident. I feel stronger and have more endurance than I have had in a long time. This is a great place for people of all ages. The instructors always offer plenty of modifications for people at all skill levels. They are always willing to answer questions and offer motivation.
