  I had a flat tire near rock creek park . Googled and found Ty's. They came to the rescue. In an hour and half. I got new tire. Impressed with the speed and service. Thanks.

  ETA was at 40 min. They arrived earlier than expected. The young man was fast, efficient, prompt and intelligent! He was wonderful to speak to as well. Very knowledgeable and kind. Thanks so much.

  Got a flat tire just at the end of a long day of moving. But the bolts were on too tight for our car's flimsy little wrench! Called Ty's and he promptly arranged to have Zed come take a look. Zed was friendly and courteous... and after a harrowing journey through a series of increasingly large wrenches, he finally managed to get those bolts off, and got the spare on our car in a jiffy! I appreciated his dedication to getting the tire off, and I enjoyed chatting with him while he worked. I definitely recommend Ty's and Zed, and I'll be calling them next time I need a hand with our car!
