::BEWARE The flat rate is a lie!! I would give no stars if possible. The salesman stated the quote was a flat rate.I was told I needed two trucks and five men one of the five left about two hours into the move. The movers couldn't fit all my stuff into the 2 trucks and refused to box and move my hanging artwork despite the salesman claim that all artwork would be boxed and moved as part of the flat rate, I had to move the artwork myself along with all the other stuff that did not fit in their trucks. At the end of the move I was charged $400 extra for overtime!!!!! I paid cash and gave each mover $50 tip.imagine my surprise when my.credit card was charged the next day for the full amount (flat rate plus overtime). It took two calls to get a refund to my card. I offered the movers my handtruck since they didn't have one. The movers left with my handtruck. I called customer service three times and was told "the manager" needs to handle the situation. I moved 8/3/17 it is now 11/3/17 I'm still waiting to hear back from the manager for my handtruck.

::There was a mistake in my booking, and Two Men could easily have apologized and canceled. Instead, they said don't worry, we're going to make this happen for you, and they did. It was a holiday week, too, so I would have been very hard pressed to find another mover available. Very satisfied!

::JP and Hiram did a great job moving me out of my one bed apt. They were super professional, friendly and got the job done quicker than I had expected. When booking Joe really bent over backwards to fit me in. Would definitely recommend this company. They made my move 100 times less stressful.

::They gave me the best price out of all the moving crew I contacted. Great crew who came out and cleared out my apartment in a good period of time. Some bumps along the way but overall a great experience. I would recommend them to others and I will use them again.
