  I have asked Two Men and a Truck to help transfer or move customers at the storage facilities I manage. With the majority of my experiences the movers are well dressed and have great manners. The last time I used them the two gentlemen were rude and sat in their truck waiting on us to waive at them. They probably sat in their truck for at least 20 minutes before we realized they already arrived. I don't understand why they wouldn't get out and tell us they were there? Other than that one unfortunate experience my overall review is 4 stars!

  Instead of giving so much back to the community, which is great btw, but you should FIRST focus on serving your customers and making your customers 100% satisfied. As in, take responsibility for the thousands of dollars in damage you caused (and refuse to pay for) and for other customers turned victims as a result of your careless, horribly disrespectful movers. The corporate office is absolutely useless in getting a claim filed. They should just change their name to LOSER MOVERS.

  All my furniture was wrapped appropriately and the move took place in a timely manner. My only issue is that 1 piece of my office desk is missing and something got scratched up. The job done wasn't bad but more care could have been taken. I could have chosen a cheaper moving company, but I chose Two men and Truck knowing I would pay more for better care of my furniture, so I was a little disappointed.

  The two guys that handled my move were courteous and professional. All my belongings were handled with care (not a scratch). My move took a bit longer than estimated (or should it have), but in the end the customer service representative took good care of me and was fair when it came to the final bill. I would definitely recommend Two Men and a Truck and use them when I move again.
