  I had a great experience at this store. When I walked in we were greeted by a very nice lady who assisted us look for a bridal headpiece and veil. She gave us space to browse and assisted when we had questions. It was also nice to see a large selection of accessories instead of shopping online or on a catalogue.

  If I could give ZERO stars I would. This was by far the worst experience I had during the wedding process. After paying almost $1000 in bridal jewelry from this store, I noticed my $300 headpiece broke BEFORE I even used it. A week before the wedding, I went to show a family member the headpiece and it broke in my hand! I immediately called the store to get it replaced and the hostile, horrendous owner said "too bad". You would have to buy another. I assume they have this problem OFTEN as she was readily prepared with this response. I believe they are faking good reviews as I have talked with many wedding personnel who have had similar issues with other brides! BEWARE! No need to add any stress with cheaply made products sold by an immoral owner!

  Had a lovely experience in this store! Purchased my earrings for the wedding, and will be returning for the headband. Cannot wait to come back. Very nice staff!

  I have NO idea what the bad reviews could be about, other than someone who doesn't read and/or understand the return policy and is clearly ignorant. The customer service here is great - I waited for a certain headpiece to be in stock and the owner called me when it came in. Sabrina greeted me when I walked in. She was wonderful and helped me to find the perfect jewelry to match my headpiece for my wedding. The store is gorgeous and prices are very reasonable. I have never seen another store like this and I will continue to visit for all my special occasion needs.

  Alicia, the owner of Twinkle Twinkle, is completely unprofessional and deceitful. To have made the remarks to the negative review below just proves these points. I was there to witness it all. First, the customer in no way "antagonized," “bullied” in any sense of the word, or “threatened”. The owner was extremely condescending to the customer from the beginning of the conversation and it was in fact, the owner who was antagonizing, pompous and arrogant. Apparently, the owner believes that if a person mentions her occupation to state that policies also have exceptions and loopholes then that is a “threat”. Any business owner knows better than to belittle customers especially while that customer is in the store – apparently, not this owner. As to the comment that the store made below of “over 120 days from the purchase date,” the customer mentioned numerous times that her mother tried exchanging the item within 30 days so clearly the amount of days that lapsed had no affect. The owner just wants to point out beneficial points to her and her company. I might also add that the customer stated that her mother paid cash so again, the remark below from the store is factually incorrect as the owner is stating a “credit card receipt which was signed” – this simply does not exist. If your staff and so called management team does in fact strive to provide “professional, courteous, customer service”, then strive harder because not one of those adjectives were accomplished this past weekend and previous reviews by other customers also demonstrate that professionalism or customer service are not in your vocabulary. DO NOT SHOP AT TWINKLE TWINKLE - you will regret it!
