This is not a hotel people I am writing this to warn people it is actually considered a SRO they have a curfew that you have to be back here by 10 PM. It is run by people from a third world country and they don't clean the room everyday also you have to buy your own toilet paper. They don't even provide a towel and you have to share a toilet and shower there is not one in your room. Also the people who run this place speak to people like they are children I wouldn't suggest this place to ANYONE.

The people were nice and respectful! but oh geez it is not clean at all ! You have to use a public restroom with no toilet paper and is absolutely disgusting the halls smells like pee and cigarettes so bad that smell will go into the room the small window doesn't help our blankets had cigar Burns and wer dirty looked like hadn't even been washed. I get the price but it's things so small that could have been fixed that would have made us stay longer

For the price it wasn't bad. Only problem was that the night attendant wouldn't give me an extra blanket for my sick friend. No extra towel or wash cloth either.

I lived there for 28 days. I do not recommend it. Sutter Hotel is much, much, nicer, and it is cheaper. They have staff. They will call the cops on nonsense. Twin Pines? A dude had a gun, and the cops don't go there. I had to rebuild my credit. This was the worst spot I was ever at. Folks tried to give me free heroin. Lol, no thanks.
