  Although I have heard good things about their tours, I have yet to be impressed by their customer service. I order an $80 gift certificate to be used as a giveaway for a company Christmas party and the activation link would not work. I called and emailed Twin Cities Food Tours several times and still, four months later, have not been contacted or had the issue resolved. I will update this post if anything changes.
