  Cannot be trusted. I heard a noise when I hit the break, he checked the car and told me that I need to change the pads and rotors, he charged me almost a thousand dollars which is double than the standard price. My mistake I told him I need the car fixed immediately because it was my daughters wedding in the same day. I will never go back to this place again.

  Car broke down while we were on a trip. We asked for a highly rated AAA approved service station nearby and Twin Towers was the top on the list. At the very first contact during our initial phone call we could understand why! Very courteous, very diligent, prompt and clean work, kept up updated and informed on the progress the repair and had us out the door and our way home in no time!

  I 100% recommend Twin Towers Service. Customer Service was A++. Immediately meeting John you could just tell he is a stand up guy. I feel like everyone could be a bit tense about getting your car checked out not being sure if you could get scammed or jipped. But John was really honest and even took the time to call a transmission specialist to double check if I should have that service done and even though it would have put a few hundred dollars in his pocket he actually advised that I shouldn't get it done cause it could just cause trouble for my car. Twin Towers is definitely my service station for the future.

  I've been bringing my prior vehicle (MB C320) and my current Nissan Rogue to Twin Towers for many years now and I've always received excellent service from their mechanics and owners, every time. Considering the high costs of operating a business in their area, their estimates are always fair, they always honestly provide you with needed recommendations and they beat any dealership service every time. I've also had custom work done at my request in their shop which was also top notch quality work. They also came out once to help me with a jump. I would also recommend checking out their newsletter which they send in the mail, it's full of good information and coupons. Thank you Twin Towers.

  This is my second visit to Twin Towers Service Station in Fort Lee NJ and my experience with them is nothing but great. The staff are polite and friendly and they got the work done in a timely fashion. After I got my car I noticed an immediate difference. They did a fantastic job and for a reasonable price. It's nice to not be overcharged like most service stations will do. I highly recommend Twin Towers Service Station.
